      • Daily accurate claim submissions
      • Posting of all insurance and patient payments
      • Verification of insurance benefits for new patients or for patients who change insurance
      • Automatic follow up of claims we submitted that deny in error or remain outstanding more than 30 days after submission.
  • The PremiumPlus Service includes the following:

      • MBP will ACCURATELY enter and submit your claims by the next business day at the latest.

      • We will post all insurance and patient payments

      • On a monthly basis we will provide you 6 reports, including patient statements and an insurance aging
        report.

FAQ

  • Why would I choose the Platinum or PremiumPlus Service over a billing service charging a percentage?

    • You will SAVE money.  MBPros can handle all responsibilities with your billing.
    • Don’t believe us?  Calculate your savings at http://www.mbpros.com/save
  • If I choose the PremiumPlus Service, how will I know which claims require follow-up?
    • If a claim denies in error on an EOB, we will notify you of this and tell you to contact the payer.  For example, maybe a payer denies saying prior auth is needed but in reality auth is not required.
    • In addition, on a monthly basis we will provide you a Primary Claims Aging Report showing claims that were submitted at least 30 days prior that remain outstanding.  This report is organized by payer and has all required information so you can easily follow up with the payer.
      • For TherapyNotes providers we will provide you a report of electronic claims with a status of Sent that were submitted at least 30 days ago.
  • Is there a minimum monthly fee for your services?
    • For the PremiumPlus Service, the minimum fee for claim submissions is $99.95 per month.
    • In comparison, the minimum fee for the Platinum Service is $199.95 per month.
      • Note:  During the first year you save 10% off our minimum monthly fees after the free month(s)
